Humanitarian Mission in Oleshky
The ceasefire was introduced as part of a humanitarian mission conducted jointly with the Russian Federation's Human Rights Commissioner Yana Lantratova. This mission is carried out under the mediation and coordination of the First Lady of the United States, Melania Trump.
Aims of the Ceasefire
The main objectives of the ceasefire are:
- Delivering humanitarian aid to the occupied Oleshky in the Kherson region;
- Ensuring the safe evacuation of civilians.
The Ombudsman emphasized that the Ukrainian side is fulfilling all the agreements reached, as confirmed at the level of negotiation groups.
