A new trend is emerging in Ukraine — resignations from work. Many employers still offer salaries in the range of 12,000 to 15,000 UAH, which no longer meets the realities of 2026.
People are resigning not out of laziness, but because they find better offers with salaries starting from 40,000 UAH. In this regard, a Telegram channel called "Employer" has been created, where well-known companies publish urgent job vacancies.
This channel provides opportunities for everyone — students, mothers on maternity leave, and retirees. Importantly, vacancies are available even for those without experience, as companies are willing to train new employees.
