On November 4, 2026, the Ukrainian government made a decision to provide additional payments to specialists involved in restoring critical energy, housing and communal infrastructure, and railway facilities after Russian attacks. This announcement was made by government representative Koretsky.
Who Will Receive Payments?
Additional payments of 30,000 hryvnias for each month of participation in recovery work will be provided to:
- energy specialists
- thermal engineers
- gas workers
- railway workers
- employees of communal services
- employees of water supply and sewage companies
Terms of Assistance
The assistance will be provided starting from November 2026 and will continue until the end of the heating season. This decision aims to support specialists working under challenging conditions to restore the country's critical infrastructure.
