Fires in the Brovary District
On the evening of September 21, a fire broke out in a warehouse building in the Brovary district due to an enemy attack. Firefighters quickly extinguished the blaze, with local fire brigades involved in the operation. During the night, another attack caused a fire on the roof of a utility building. The fire was extinguished, but the attacks resulted in damage to:
- 4 private residential houses;
- one utility building;
- 3 vehicles.
According to preliminary information, there were no fatalities or injuries.
Attack on Kyiv: Casualties and Rescue Operations
In the night of September 22, Russian troops struck Kyiv, particularly in the Dnipro district. As a result of the attack, debris fell on a five-story building, leading to:
- a fire in the basement;
- destruction of part of the first floor;
- damage to the facade of the building.
Rescuers managed to save 15 people, but four of them were injured and hospitalized. In the Darnytsia district, a tree caught fire on the territory of a private house, but there were no fatalities.

According to the State Emergency Service, four people were injured as a result of the attacks on Kyiv and the Kyiv region. Rescue services continue to work on eliminating the aftermath of the shelling. In Dnipro, where attacks also took place, two fatalities and six injuries were reported, while the strikes in Kryvyi Rih and Pavlohrad occurred without casualties.
