On September 21, 2026, rescuers extinguished the consequences of enemy attacks in the Kyiv region and Zaporizhzhia. As a result of the attacks, there were casualties and numerous fires occurred.
Consequences of Attacks in the Kyiv Region
In the Bucha and Fastiv districts, rescuers successfully extinguished fires caused by enemy shelling:
- Fire at a service station in the Bucha district.
- Fire in a sawmill building in the Fastiv district.
Fortunately, there were no fatalities or injuries reported.
Situation in Zaporizhzhia
Unfortunately, the situation in Zaporizhzhia is more serious. As a result of the attack on the city, at least five people were injured:
- Two apartment buildings were damaged.
- An educational institution was destroyed.
- A shopping center was severely affected, having burned down completely.
The liquidation of the aftermath of the attack is ongoing, and rescuers are working under the threat of repeated strikes.
