As of November 4, 2026, emergency power outages have been canceled in most regions of Ukraine, except for Kharkiv region. This information has been confirmed by Ukrenergo, which noted that the situation in the energy system remains complicated, especially in Kyiv and the Kyiv region.
Current Situation in the Energy System
After the large-scale Russian shelling that occurred the day before, energy specialists managed to partially stabilize the situation in the energy system. Thanks to the round-the-clock work of specialists, it has been possible to return to hourly outage schedules in most regions. However, the situation in Kyiv and the surrounding area remains critical.
Regions Affected by Power Outages
Currently, consumers remain without electricity in several regions:
- Vinnytsia region
- Zhytomyr region
- Zaporizhzhia region
- Kirovohrad region
- Kharkiv region
- Kherson region
In some of these regions, hourly outage schedules of up to four shifts are in effect.
Restoration of Water Supply
Additionally, in Kyiv, the water supply has been partially restored. According to Kyivvodokanal, water is already available on the left bank and in the Obolon district, while the right bank still experiences reduced water pressure. The capital's sewage system is operating normally.
