From November 28, 2026, Ukrainians will no longer be able to submit gas meter readings through the regular personal cabinet on the my.gas.ua website. From now on, the main method of submitting readings will be the mobile app 'Kub', as announced by the press service of 'Naftogaz'.
How to Use the New App
To start using the 'Kub' app, users will need to:
- Download the application on their smartphone.
- Register by providing their phone number.
- Enter their 9-digit personal account number.
This new submission format aims to simplify the process for consumers. However, for those without access to a smartphone, alternative methods of submitting readings are available.
Alternative Methods for Submitting Readings
In addition to using the 'Kub' app, Ukrainians can utilize the following alternative methods:
- Submitting readings via SMS to the number 7104.
- Using chatbots in Telegram or Viber, including the GASUA bot.
- Contacting the call center for assistance.
These options ensure service accessibility for all consumers, regardless of their technological capabilities.
Submission Deadlines
Despite the changes in submission methods, the deadlines remain unchanged. Gas meter readings must be submitted from the 1st to the 5th of each month. This will help avoid confusion and ensure timely data processing.
