The corporate rights of IDS Ukraine may be transferred to the 'Prioritas' law firm. This company is one of the few independent participants in the competition and offered a manager's fee of 0.9% of revenue.
The winner of the previous competition was the asset management company 'Ukrcapital', which proposed a rate of 0.01%. However, its application was rejected due to the economic unreasonableness of the proposal, as calculations indicated that over three years of management, the company could incur losses of about UAH 12 million.
In contrast, 'Prioritas' offered a higher rate that takes into account actual expenses, including bank guarantees, insurance, and the operation of electronic platforms, which is expected to ensure the economic viability of the management.
It is noteworthy that no signs of connection between 'Prioritas' and oligarchic or political groups have been found in open sources, which distinguishes the company from some other participants in the competition linked to large financial and industrial groups, the banking sector, and retail.
'Prioritas' has been operating in the market since 2013 and has experience in managing large assets. Among other things, the company owns 100% of the tourist equipment manufacturer Terra Incognita.
Despite the transfer of corporate rights, this does not imply a change in the operational management of the enterprises. The plants will continue to operate as usual: production, logistics, personnel, and sales will remain directly within the operational framework of the companies, while the manager will only control the corporate rights.
