Autumn 2026: in the Zaporizhzhia direction, the enemy continues its attempts to approach Zaporizhzhia, using small subversive groups to penetrate deep into the rear positions of the Defense Forces.
Situation on the Front
The enemy is trying to accumulate forces to destabilize the situation, disrupt logistics, and neutralize the combat units of Ukrainian defenders. In the context of a war without a clearly defined front line, the "Brotherhood" battalion, part of the "Timur Special Unit" of the GUR of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, resolutely resists the enemy's actions.
Actions of Ukrainian Forces
The fighters of the "First Company" of the "Brotherhood" battalion carry out counter-subversive measures, clearing the territory of enemy saboteurs. On the bottom of the dried-up Kakhovka reservoir, amidst newly formed lands and dense thickets, a confrontation between subversive groups unfolds.
Results of Combat Operations
In a video recorded during operations, the results of combat work are visible: three servicemen of the enemy army were captured, one of whom received first aid from the "Brotherhood" fighters. The detection and destruction of enemy subversive groups were also documented.
The "Brotherhood" battalion continues to carry out combat missions, countering the enemy's attempts to penetrate the rear of Ukrainian forces and create a threat to defense in the Zaporizhzhia direction.
