The Kyiv Court of Appeals lifted the ban on publishing an investigation into the properties of Alexander Sukhov, the brother of the head of the State Bureau of Investigations (DBR), Oleksiy Sukhov. This decision was made on September 25, 2026.

The prohibition on publishing the investigation became known on July 7, 2026. At that time, other media outlets had already published materials stating that Alexander Sukhov had acquired 143 apartments and offices between 2018 and 2020 at prices significantly lower than the market value. It is important to note that at that time, his brother Oleksiy Sukhov had not yet assumed the position of DBR director.
