The Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine (OGP) has opened a criminal case against Kropyva for embezzlement of state property. It has been established that he used a service vehicle for personal purposes and was present in Bukovel during working hours.

The acting Prosecutor General Anton Koval'skyi reported that as a result of the internal investigation, Kropyva's actions were recognized as a disciplinary offense. This decision followed an inquiry that revealed numerous violations by the former official.
Suspension and Next Steps
Due to the identified facts, Kropyva has been suspended from his position. The materials of the case have been forwarded to the Qualification and Disciplinary Commission of Prosecutors, indicating the possibility of further disciplinary actions against him. According to Koval'skyi, Kropyva is likely to be dismissed from the authorities.
