A woman who was the first to arrive by ambulance at the scene in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka has been detained. This was announced by Kyril Budanov, head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, on November 3, 2026.
Circumstances of the Detention
The woman, dressed in medical personnel uniform, purchased an ambulance in advance. According to Budanov, she conducted reconnaissance of the site with a driver at least three days before the incident. During the detention, correspondence with certain Telegram channels that began to disseminate information about the incident was found on her.
Motives for the Actions of the Detained
Currently, the motives behind the woman’s actions remain unknown. Budanov suggested that it could be related to personal interests, such as a desire to raise her profile or make money. Anti-state motives are also not ruled out. He noted that the situation indicates existing tensions in society and problems that need to be addressed.
Status of the Injured
Regarding the injured, they are currently in the hospital. Most of the people who were in the house did not require medical assistance. This raises additional questions about the real reasons and circumstances that led to the woman's detention.
