As of September 21, 2026, the Kyiv region is experiencing continuous attacks from the enemy using strike drones. The air raid alert has been ongoing for almost a day, starting from yesterday and throughout the night.
Extent of Damage
As a result of the attacks, 34 objects have been damaged, including:
- private houses
- warehouse and production facilities
- dormitories
- administrative buildings
- service stations
- gas stations
- farms
- infrastructure and transport facilities
The most damage has been recorded in:
- Fastiv district — 12 objects
- Bucha district — 11 objects
- Vyshhorod district — 5 objects
- Boryspil and Obukhiv districts — 3 objects each
Government Response and Services
The authorities are actively responding to the situation. Services continue to work on-site, documenting damage and mitigating the aftermath of the attacks. According to Tkachенко from the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, the enemy is attempting to intimidate the population and inflict damage on civil infrastructure. Authorities urge residents not to ignore air raid signals and to stay in shelters.
