European Commission Unable to Pay for Patriot Missiles Due to Lack of Signed Contracts

The European Commission announced that it is currently unable to pay for interceptor missiles for the Patriot system intended for Ukraine. European Commission spokesman Balazs Ujvari stated that the issue lies in the lack of signed contracts.
