On October 30, 2026, the Ukrainian delegation along with evacuated residents from Oleshky departed to Anapa. This was announced by the head of the "Servant of the People" faction, David Arahamiya.
Evacuation Route
From Anapa, the delegation and evacuees plan to fly to Belarus. After that, they will reach Ukraine by bus. This route was chosen to ensure the safe return of Ukrainians home.
Situation in Oleshky
The situation in Oleshky, located in the Kherson region, remains complicated. As of the end of September, approximately two thousand people, including 50 children, were left in the city suffering from a lack of water, food, and medicine. Russian troops prevented humanitarian supplies from reaching the city, complicating the situation for residents.
Humanitarian Mission
Today, humanitarian aid was delivered to Oleshky, and the evacuation of people began. The ceasefire regime is ongoing, allowing such operations to take place. As part of the humanitarian mission, the Ukrainian delegation is working to ensure the safety and comfort of the evacuees.
