Eric Lowe, a resident of Suffolk in Britain, set out to search for a lost hammer belonging to his farmer friend Peter Watling using a metal detector. The search lasted only a few minutes, as the metal detector immediately signaled the presence of metal in the ground.
However, instead of the hammer, Lowe stumbled upon a hidden treasure worth millions of pounds. This treasure has become an important archaeological find and is now part of the exhibition at the British Archaeological Museum, along with the hammer, which was found a few days later.
