Customs officials in the Lviv region stopped two attempts to illegally import new iPhone 18 Pro Max smartphones. A 32-year-old man and a 24-year-old woman, who were traveling through the border in the 'green corridor', failed to declare their devices.
During the inspection of the vehicles, customs officials discovered brand new iPhone 18 Pro Max, the value of which exceeded the allowed limit for import without declaration and payment of customs duties. The gadgets were confiscated, and protocols were drawn up against the violators.
It is worth noting that sales of the new iPhone 18 Pro Max only started yesterday, highlighting the speed of the attempt to smuggle them into the country.
