According to Denys Marchuk, Deputy Head of the All-Ukrainian Agrarian Council, food prices may rise by 10-20% during the fall and winter period. The main reasons for this are logistics disruptions and seasonal factors.
In particular, dairy products may increase in price by more than 20%. Bread is expected to rise by 10% by the end of the year, and meat prices are also anticipated to increase. Eggs have already seen a price increase of over 27%.
