In the Rivne Region, three men are accused of organizing a scheme for the illegal transportation of conscripts abroad. Their services were priced at $10,000 per client, and one of the suspects was arrested while receiving $20,000 from two individuals.
Details of the Criminal Scheme
According to the investigation, the organizer of this illegal activity is a resident of the Sarny district. He involved two accomplices in the scheme:
- a resident of the border area;
- a resident of Kyiv.
These individuals offered their services to conscripts looking to avoid mobilization for a significant sum of money.
Judicial Process
The pre-trial investigation has been completed, and the indictments have already been sent to court. It is expected that the trial will begin soon, allowing for the accountability of the case's participants to be established.
