Kharkiv journalist Filip Dykany was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine on July 19, 2026. After completing basic military training on September 30, he will continue his service in the communications department of the 9th separate brigade of unmanned systems.
Experience and Professional Activity
Filip Dykany has 25 years of experience in journalism. Since 2021, he has been the host of the evening broadcast on the radio station "NakyPilo" and the author of the program "Kharkiv Stories." Despite the change in circumstances, the journalist noted that his professional activity has not changed, only adjusted.
Criticism of TCC and VLK Operations
Dykany accepted his mobilization calmly, but expressed sharp criticism of the operations of the field teams of the TCC (Territorial Recruitment Center) and VLK (Military Medical Commission). According to him, these organizations often neglect the health status of those mobilized, which raises concerns among those called to service.
