Former Member of the European Parliament and former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Gabrielius Landsbergis stated that for Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, a defeat in the war against Ukraine could have serious consequences, including the possible loss of his own life.
Landsbergis emphasized that decisions in Russia are made by only one person – Putin, and his path involves further escalation of the conflict. He also urged European countries to continue applying pressure on Moscow, as Russia shows no willingness to change its course.
