Lithuania has intelligence on the likelihood of hybrid attacks in Europe from Russia. Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kęstutis Budrys stated that this includes a potential false flag operation that Moscow could use for provocation and to test NATO's readiness for a collective response.
Budrys noted that public warnings from European politicians are part of a coordinated campaign to deter the aggressor country. Lithuania urges its allies to remain vigilant and prepared to respond to possible threats.
