Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, during a speech at a youth forum, stated that he often jokes with Russian President Vladimir Putin about who among them is the greater dictator.
"They say that I am the last dictator, one of the last dictators in Europe. A dictator is a dictator. Well, Putin and I often joke about who is more 'dictatorial'," Lukashenko noted.
