Last night, rescuers received a report about a man in need of assistance on Danila Shcherbakivskyi Street in Kyiv's Svyatoshyn district. He was trapped in handcuffs in an apartment on the 9th floor.
Emergency services quickly arrived at the scene and were able to free the man's leg. Fortunately, his life was not in danger, and he received the necessary help.
