A massive power outage occurred in the Odesa region following night attacks by the Russian Federation. According to DTEK, nearly 180,000 families are left without electricity.
Emergency power outages have been reported in parts of the Odesa district, including the Prymorskyi and Peresyp districts of Odesa.
