In response to prolonged power outages, mobile assistance points by the SES will be urgently deployed in areas where more than 30,000 families reside. This new response algorithm will take effect tomorrow.
Equipment of Mobile Assistance Points
The mobile assistance points will be equipped with everything necessary to support the population in conditions of electricity absence. Each point will include:
- Generators to provide electricity;
- Heating guns for warmth;
- Charging facilities for mobile devices.
These tents will allow people to warm up and receive necessary assistance during the cold season.
Safety and Support
Police will be on duty near the mobile assistance points to ensure the safety of citizens. This is an important aspect, as prolonged power outages can lead to various situations requiring prompt response.
Criteria for Deployment
Mobile assistance points will only be opened in those areas where electricity has been absent for more than 24 hours. This will allow resources to be concentrated on the most affected areas and provide support to those who need it the most.
