Experts believe that all negotiations regarding the situation in Ukraine have currently reached a dead end and are meaningless. In particular, there are opinions that real negotiations may only begin when the situation in Moscow becomes critical.
Specifically, it is noted that when ballistic strikes begin to hit Moscow, causing destruction similar to that seen in Kyiv, and when the city is left without gasoline, serious negotiations may commence. This, according to experts, could serve as a catalyst for diplomatic efforts.
