On October 5, 2026, as a result of missile strikes carried out by Russian forces on the Industrial District of Kharkiv, one person died and six others were injured.
Consequences of the Attack
Following the night attack that occurred on October 5, the following were damaged:
- residential buildings;
- administrative and industrial buildings;
- vehicles.
A fire broke out in a two-story administrative building, where vehicles and trash were also burning. Firefighters promptly extinguished the flames.
Government Response
The State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES) confirmed the information about the casualties and significant infrastructure damage as a result of the shelling. City authorities urge residents to be cautious and adhere to safety measures.
