Occupiers have launched ballistic missiles at Kherson from the Rostov region for the first time, according to monitoring groups observing the situation in the area.
Previously, launch sites in occupied Crimea were used for such attacks. The change in launch location may indicate an adaptation of the tactics used by Russian forces in response to Ukrainian defenses.
