Over 178,000 families without electricity in Odesa region after attack

Following a massive attack on the Odesa region, over 178,000 families are left without electricity, reports DTEK. Energy workers have managed to restore power for 60,000 families, but delays in the operation of critical infrastructure and electric transport are possible.
