Former head of the State Agency for Recovery, Serhiy Sukhomlyn, emphasized the importance of protecting critical infrastructure, decentralized generation, and heat supply. He also noted that ensuring water supply is particularly critical for Kyiv.
Sukhomlyn discussed how the capital and other cities are preparing for potential strikes and what changes have occurred in the preparation system compared to last winter. Despite the improvements, risks remain, and it is essential to continue working on minimizing them.
