All funds for unused trips at old rates have been refunded in the Kyiv Digital app to the Wallet of transport cards. Now these funds can be used to purchase new trips at current rates.
To purchase trips using the Wallet funds, you need to follow a few simple steps:
- open the "Transport Card" section;
- select the card;
- open "My Wallet";
- click "Purchase Trips";
- add the desired number of trips.
Wallet funds can also be used to purchase other transport products, such as a travel pass. To do this, simply contact technical support at transport@kyiv.digital or call 0443665555.

Remember that the cost of one trip depends on the number of trips purchased.
