In Sumy, from night until morning, emergency services worked to address the consequences of a Russian strike on a 9-story residential building. Special equipment for high-altitude work was used for this purpose.
Throughout the day, emergency recovery operations continued, involving volunteers, concerned citizens, and representatives of municipal services. Rescuers managed to temporarily restore 230 broken windows.
In total, 180 emergency window frame structures were dismantled. Currently, the work has been suspended.
