On the night of October 24, Russia launched a massive attack on four regions of Ukraine. Preliminary reports indicate that at least four people have died, and eight others have been injured, including two children.
In Sumy, a Russian aircraft struck a nine-story residential building. As a result, two people were killed, and eight others were injured. Rescuers managed to pull four individuals from the rubble, including a 7-year-old boy.
Additionally, Russian drones destroyed a private house in Balakliia, Kharkiv region, where an elderly couple — a 74-year-old man and a 71-year-old woman — lost their lives.
Furthermore, Russian forces attacked Pavlohrad in the Dnipropetrovsk region, damaging a clinic and causing a fire.
In the Odesa region, a massive attack on civilian infrastructure was also reported, affecting an administrative building (the second time in two days), two residential buildings, an educational institution, and vehicles. Fortunately, there were no casualties.
