Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky emphasized that this night further confirms how Russia perceives any easing of pressure as a signal to continue its aggression. He highlighted that Ukraine needs different signals to make Russia understand that the war must be stopped. Zelensky also assured that Ukrainian forces are prepared to respond to Russian strikes.
