On October 14, 2026, as a result of a morning attack by Russian forces on the Kyiv region, one man was injured. The incident occurred in the Fastiv district, where significant damage to residential infrastructure has been reported.
Details of the Attack
According to the Kyiv Regional Military Administration (KOVA) and the Office of the President, as a result of the morning attack, one man sustained a laceration to his forearm. Medical assistance was provided to the victim on-site.
Damage to Infrastructure
As a result of the shelling in the Fastiv district, the following damages were reported:
- 8 private residential houses;
- 4 farm buildings.
Additionally, in the Bucha district, windows of two garden houses were damaged. A fire broke out in an open area, which was extinguished promptly.

The Kyiv regional authorities continue to document the aftermath of the attack and are taking measures to address the consequences.
