On September 28, 2026, three people were killed and eight injured in the Kyiv region as a result of a Russian attack. According to the head of the regional military administration Tyimur Tkachenkо, the enemy targeted exclusively civilian objects, leading to significant destruction.
Consequences of Attacks in Different Districts
The attacks were directed at several districts of the Kyiv region, resulting in damage to 21 objects. Here are the details of the damages in various districts:
- Brovary District: two warehouses and two administrative buildings.
- Buča District: a private household, a market, and six vehicles.
- Fastiv District: a production facility and six vehicles.
- Boryspil District: one vehicle.
- Bila Tserkva District: an agricultural enterprise and a residential building.

Head of the OVA Tyimur Tkachenkо emphasized that attacks on civilian objects violate international humanitarian law. Authorities urge residents to be cautious and adhere to safety measures.
