The President of Ukraine reported that as a result of a strike by the Security Service of Ukraine on the night of September 17, three helicopters and three planes were destroyed, including two An-26s and one An-12.
The OSINT project "KiberBoroshno" confirmed the complete destruction of two Mi-8 helicopters, one An-12, and one An-26 using satellite images. Analysts commented, "We don't know what kind of military unit struck Rostov, but all affected aircraft are done for."
