On November 8, 2026, it became known that employees of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) are being mandated to transfer funds for General Dutsia's bail. According to the information received, ordinary operatives are required to contribute 50,000 hryvnias, while sector heads, their deputies, and department leaders must transfer 150,000 hryvnias.
Requirements for SBU Employees
Similar directives are being issued to employees of regional SBU offices. The funds are required to be transferred directly to the official account of the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC). After the operation, employees are obligated to send screenshots of payment receipts to their management for the formation of reporting lists.
Promises Regarding Fund Return
According to sources, employees are promised that the contributed funds will eventually be returned in cash. However, the exact terms and mechanism for compensation are currently undisclosed, which raises concerns among the staff.
