On November 5, 2026, scheduled power outages will be implemented in certain regions of Ukraine. This decision has been made due to the need to restrict electricity consumption.
Outage Schedules
According to the information provided by Ukrenergo, the power outages will last throughout the day, from 00:00 to 23:59. They will be implemented in two forms:
- Power limitation schedules for industrial consumers;
- Hourly outage schedules for all categories of consumers.
Scope of Outages
The outages for consumers will be implemented in volumes ranging from 2 to 4 shifts. This means that in different regions, electricity will be cut off according to established schedules to ensure an even distribution of load on the energy system.
Reasons for Restrictions
The restrictions on electricity consumption are caused by a number of factors affecting the energy stability of the country. Among them are the increasing demand for electricity and potential supply issues. Authorities urge consumers to understand the situation and adhere to the established schedules.
