The mother of Oleksandr Fomin appealed to the Temporary Investigative Commission, which reviewed his case at a field meeting in Horyshni Plavni. Oleksandr Fomin was removed from the military register, yet he was detained while mowing grass in his yard.
Following the commission's instructions, the Poltava Regional Center for Recruitment and Social Support (OTSK) conducted a service investigation, resulting in reprimands for two military personnel. However, it turned out that the investigation materials indicated that Oleksandr was detained for an administrative offense.
When asked what exactly Oleksandr had violated, the Military Law Enforcement Service (VSP) responded that the person, who was removed from the military register, failed to appear for the summons. This situation has caused outrage, and the commission plans to thoroughly investigate the circumstances that led to such actions.
