As of September 30, 2026, Ukraine has expanded opportunities for future drivers: the theoretical driving test on traffic rules (PDR) can now be taken not only in Ukrainian but also in English. This announcement was made by a representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Oleksandr Vihivskyi.
