MP Ruslan Gorbenko warned that this winter will be significantly worse than the previous one. According to him, the halt of all critical infrastructure protection programs could have serious consequences for the country.
Gorbenko noted that without adequate protection for critical facilities such as energy systems, water supply, and other vital infrastructure elements, Ukraine may face new challenges during the winter period.
