On the night of September 22, 2026, the Dnipropetrovsk region suffered massive attacks from Russian forces, resulting in three deaths and six injuries. The attacks took place in several districts of the region, including Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, and Pavlohrad.
Consequences of the attacks in Dnipro
In Dnipro, as a result of enemy rocket strikes, large-scale fires broke out in warehouse premises, and an enterprise was damaged. Rescue workers are continuing to work at the scene, trying to eliminate the aftermath of the attack and searching for another worker who, according to preliminary data, may have remained under the rubble.
Damage in other districts
In addition to Dnipro, other localities also suffered from enemy attacks:
- Kryvyi Rih reported damage to enterprises.
- Pavlohrad also experienced destruction at industrial sites.
- In the Nikopol region, the enemy attacked the Marganets and Pokrovsk communities.
Government response and rescue operations
More than 150 rescuers and 50 units of State Emergency Service equipment are working at the attack sites. The regional authorities, including the OVA, confirmed the information about the dead and injured, and urged the population to be cautious due to the possibility of further attacks.
