Tokayev orders to ban graffiti in cities of Kazakhstan

The President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, has ordered a ban on graffiti in the cities of the country. He expressed the opinion that graffiti negatively affects the urban environment and should be regarded not as a form of creativity, but as vandalism and criminal hooliganism.
