Circumstances of the Tragedy
The airstrike, carried out by Russian forces, destroyed the school building where people were located at that time. Serhiy Kolyvashko was preparing for evacuation when the disaster struck. His wife went to receive humanitarian aid but has not returned home since the attack.

As of November 8, 55 people have been reported dead as a result of the attack, and another 45 are considered missing. Rescuers continue to work at the scene, clearing debris and trying to find those who remain trapped. Serhiy does not know what has happened to his wife: she is neither among the dead nor among the rescued.
