A trial is currently taking place in Kyiv for Valentina Moloda, who is suspected of hindering the activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and disclosing information about the locations of military units. The woman, posing as an emergency medical doctor, arrived at a National Guard facility in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka in an ambulance.
Charges and Details of the Case
The prosecution has brought serious charges against Moloda, including:
- hindering the activities of the Armed Forces;
- disclosing information about the locations of military units;
- organizing a paid service for the emergency evacuation of individuals from military enlistment offices and units under the guise of medical assistance.
The cost of such a service was 107,000 UAH. Moloda is accused of posing as the owner of the clinic "Med-Prestige," which, according to journalists, ceased operations back in 2023.
Court Hearing and Defendant's Response
During the court hearing held on November 4, 2026, Moloda did not provide clear answers to journalists' questions. When asked about the price of the service she offered, she began to speak about another woman who allegedly sought her help. At the same time, she claimed to have a higher medical education and to be a surgeon.
The prosecution is requesting a preventive measure of detention. During the court session, a break was announced due to an air raid alert, after which Moloda was escorted out of the courtroom under guard.
Public Reaction and Discussion
This case has sparked significant public interest, as issues of safety and trust in medical personnel during wartime are extremely important. Many people are outraged that someone could use a medical uniform to commit criminal acts, undermining trust in medical services.
