Turkey has sent proposals to Ukraine and Russia to cease hostilities in the Black Sea

The Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced that it has sent proposals to Ukraine and Russia to cease hostilities in the Black Sea. Responses from both sides are currently awaited.
