Turkey Proposes Ukraine and Russia to Cease Hostilities in the Black Sea

The Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced that it has sent a proposal to Ukraine and the Russian Federation regarding the cessation of hostilities in the Black Sea. The ministry is awaiting responses from both parties.
