Ukraine has called on countries around the world to limit the activities and fully close Russian cultural centers known as the 'Russian House.' Foreign Minister Sybiha emphasized that these centers are 'tools of disinformation, destabilization, and espionage.'
He also noted that in some countries, these cultural centers are integrated into the diplomatic infrastructure of the Russian Federation, raising concerns about their activities.
